In an effort to streamline decision making, Hulu will get rid of some board seats. Now a 12 member board, it remains unclear exactly how small it will shrink. Key questions for the board are how long videos should remain for viewing on the website, and what videos should be part of Hulu-plus, which requires a paid subscription of $7.99 a month.
